Ideal for regeneration or against muscle aches.
The combined surface structure out of nubs and surfaces ensures a special deep massage.
The special structure copies physical actuality of a human hand and increases the massage effect. Through the grid net of slots and different gaps, the intensity level can be changed.
This roll is based on a hard inner roll and a soft outer roll. This way, following a self-massage, training sessions to strengthen deep muscles are possible.
