Payment Methods

1. Payment Conditions
   

   Racket Company OHG issues the customer an invoice for the ordered merchandise that is delivered after control and acceptance of his order in a separate email. Costs on the bill are always end-consumer prices, including sales tax, or for our business clients net invoice plus the legal sales tax (currently 19%).

   By delay in payment, the client, the consumer, is obliged to pay a default interest of 5% above the currently valid base rate to the shop, unless the shop can prove a higher interest rate. With clients, who are entrepreneurs, sentence 1 takes effect with the proviso that the default interest 8% is above the base interest rate.

   Until the full purchase price has been paid the delivered merchandise remain the property of the shop.

2. Payment Methods and Costs

   Currently, we offer the following payment methods.

   2.1) Prepayment, via EU bank transfer	The merchandise is shipped after receipt of payment on our account. Our account data is sent to you again via email - see also banking details under point 4 further down on this page.	0.00
   2.2) PayPal	The merchandise is shipped after collection (payment confirmation) of the billing amount on our PayPal account.	0.00
   	Note: PayPal carries out an automatic encryption of your personal data during the transfer from your compute to our system. For the encryption, the SSL protocol (Secure Sockets Layer) with a key of 128 bit (the commercial available security level) is used.
   2.3) Credit Card via Saferpay	The merchandise is shipped immediately after booking of the billing amount through credit card payment.	0.00
   	Note: During the payment process, a pop-up window to our provide Saferpay (Virtual Terminal) opens. Enter the needed card data there. Saferpay carries out an automatic encryption of your personal data during the transfer from your compute to our system. For the encryption, the SSL protocol (Secure Sockets Layer) with a key of 128 bit (the commercial available security level) is used. The charge of your credit card account follows with the shipping of the merchandise.
   2.4) Cash	Self pick up at our office. Our information to finding us can be found here!	0.00
   2.5) C.O.D. (Cash On Delivery) service	The merchandise is shipped within 24 hours (working days) after your order. Note: At delivery, you pay cash to the mail carrier DHL. Prior, a bill is sent to you via email. The cash on delivery fee is additionally 6.00 Euros (including 2.00 Euros transfer fee by Deutsche Post). Please note that the fee is applicable for free shipping packages as well! Shipping via C.O.D. service is only available within Germany!	+ 6.00 €
   2.6) On Account	The merchandise is shipped immediately (if in stock) after a positive credit assessment. Please give a private billing address (no company address or P.O. box.)! A minimum order amount of 20 Euros is mandatory when paying on account.	0.00

3. Foreign Countries

   Deliveries to foreign countries are generally only done, when the complete bill amount is paid ahead of time.
