The shoe is equipped with Li-Ning "Bounce+" technology which provides excellent cushioning.
The Carbon Fiber plate in the midfoot area provides maximum stability and prevents any torsion.
The sole is made of an abrasion-resistant rubber compound for high traction and grip.

The Blast SE has a slightly narrower cut and runs a good size smaller than normal.
